For this `Safe Haven` project - The requirements list :
- A suitable location with good connections accessible to a wide ranging audience.
- So it can´t be too far into the wild, and not too close to a big city.
- Water security.
- Land suitable for food production.
- Possibility for housing
- Local community.
- Moderate climate preferably without freezing in winter.
- In a politically stable country.
- In a climatic zone which has no life threatening diseases.
- In a climatic zone which does not have potentially dangerous fauna.
- Land size minimum requirement 1 Ha.
