It is now October 2026, the world is showing turbulence in many aspects. Next fun task – Create a suitable botanical catalogue and get planting fruit trees!
Oh and we found a boat in the undergrowth, the farm just keeps on giving.

1. Project conception and requirements

For this `Safe Haven` project - The requirements list :

  • A suitable location with good connections accessible to a wide ranging audience.
  • So it can´t be too far into the wild, and not too close to a big city.
  • Water security.
  • Land suitable for food production.
  • Possibility for housing
  • Local community.
  • Moderate climate preferably without freezing in winter.
  • In a politically stable country. 
  • In a climatic zone which has no life threatening diseases.
  • In a climatic zone which does not have potentially dangerous fauna.
  • Land size minimum requirement 1 Ha.
